About Dr. Allison Rowland
I bring twenty years of experience and expertise in change management and leadership development. I have worked with industries across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors including healthcare, business, education, and conservation.
I hold a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, a Master of Education from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College. I led the doctoral program in Leadership and Innovation at University of the Pacific, where I taught Exercising Leadership, Leading in Complex Organizations, and Learning Organizations. I continue to teach leadership courses as an adjunct professor.
For me, home is where my people are in Oakland, Monterey, and Maui. I am a dedicated aunty, partner, and family member.
